She is confused yet again folks! But remember... she is not following this whole thing! Remember? WHY then is her entire post... yet again... about me??? And if you don't believe me... check out my gallery... I have posted my MSW card there since her and her gang needed proof of what I do! And oops... it shows that I graduated from Walla Walla College... that is a university located in College Park, WA. A city very near to Walla Walla, WA. They call themselves "the city so nice, they named it twice!" But sadly... Nancy finds more pleasure in making fun of some town, by posting an ancient song about a witch doctor (ooh eee ooo aw aw ting tang walla walla bing bang?) okay...

How very mature. Anyway, the real point here is that she put all this energy into researching degrees, and credentials, and licensing... and then confused them all!!!

An MSW is a Masters in Social Work. We can do the exact same counseling as an LCSW, which is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. There is only one difference... an MSW cannot bill third party providers, as in insurance companies. In reality folks... it's a "money making thing" for states, and every state differs in their requirements. In the state of Oregon... you need a certain amount of hours reported to a "supervisor" which is no more than a MSW who has gotten their license. You meet with them typically once a week, and you prove that you have been, indeed, working in the field... and they sign off showing that you have. They don't have any additional degrees... just a license. Which you will be issued after completing a couple hundred hours at a cost of about $90.00 an hour, which is the going rate of an MSW per hour. You pay that to them for their "supervision"... in the end the total cost is more than $14,000!!! I have considered it, but have been blessed with many opportunities whereby I have been issued many private state contracts at $120.00 an hour... and I have done private counseling on a cash only basis. Remember... the only difference between an MSW and LCSW... is that state issued "license." So far... I have not felt the need to become licensed... in fact... the ONLY reason folks do that is so that they can go into private practice and bill third party (insurance companies). But there are so many opportunities... you just have to choose which path you prefer. Sorry that the old gal got confused again.

But that is why the "uncut" version exists. So there you have it... the truth. BUT my question remains... if she is so busy... and has so "moved on" and never reads my posts... then WHY... would she be putting so much work into yet another long-winded bunch of garbage... regarding my situation???

For all of you who are following this mess... now... can you see the reality of this situation??? And have I not been right all along? Thank you all for supporting me. Much love... Macey
Just want you to know you were mentioned in the Sunday Blogger Inquirer....
